Levaïa Shipping Policy

We're excited to get your Levaïa order to you! Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

  • Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Pre-Orders:

  • Items available for pre-order will have an estimated shipping timeframe clearly stated on the individual product page.

  • Pre-orders allow you to secure an item before it arrives in stock and will be dispatched as soon as the stock becomes available, typically within an estimated 4-8 weeks from the pre-order purchase date, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are available. If you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Large Orders:

  • Occasionally, for larger retail orders, we may use a courier service for delivery. We will notify you if this applies to your order.

Shipping Delays:

  • While Levaïa is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Australia Post or other third-party carriers, please contact us at info@levaia.com.au if you don't receive your order in a timely fashion, and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping within Australia:

  • Enjoy FREE Standard Post (typically 5-7 business days, with tracking) on all Australian orders over $100.

  • If you require Express Post, this option is available at an additional cost and can be selected at checkout.

Shipping to Europe:

  • We offer several shipping options to Europe, including Standard, DHL Express, and FedEx.

  • To ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience, all applicable shipping costs, taxes (VAT), duties, and fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This means no unexpected charges upon arrival.

  • Please note:

    • All orders shipped to the EU are subject to taxes (VAT).

    • Orders shipped to the EU with a value over €150 are also subject to import duties.

    • As mentioned, these will be calculated and included at checkout for your convenience.

International Shipping (Outside Australia & Europe):

  • For customers outside of Australia and the European Union, please be aware that Levaïa is not responsible for any local duties, import fees, or taxes that may be charged by your country's customs authorities upon arrival. These potential charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
